Early on I knew I was going to be successful, I always loved being in the spotlight
and I was good at everything I put my hand too.
Sport, Drama, Arts, and even active listening growing up I knew that I was destined
to do more in the world.
After becoming a mother and finding my now-husband I finally had the chance to
really dig my heels in and become the best version of myself and throw myself
deep into my career as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
I admit I was so pumped, ready, and inspired to not only follow my passion but
also, change the lives of men and women around me.
Finances fell into my lap, my home gym was growing and I was becoming known
in my community for my hunger for change. I was right where I wanted to be and opportunities opened up and I began running boot camps locally for families,
women, and men alike.
I met absolute inspiring and wonderful humans throughout my journey and I helped
those same humans become confident and happy within themselves after rediscovering
their passion and zest for life.
Weight-loss was just part of our journey, the confidence and newfound friendships were one of the driving forces behind making my mark on everyone I came across.
One of the first women who came to my boot camps lost an astonishing 20kgs plus shifting her mindset, nutrition, and exercise regime and to this day she has maintained that loss and is thriving as a mother and as a swimming coach.
My heart was so full and my knowledge within the fitness industry was next level, I had coaches from my Gym asking me what I do and how I train because they wanted to use my movement patterns and training, coming from trainers that have been in the industry
twice as long as I have was a massive boost to my ego.
I wanted to be able to give my clients more, I wanted to become a qualified nutritionist
in order to back up my training with a structured and methodic approach that was backed by science and could give my clients the results, they wanted outside of the gym.
